UHS Daily Floor Finish

For Use On:

Vinyl Tile Flooring (see spec sheet for more surfaces)

Description:

A new generation, high gloss, user-friendly floor finish specially formulated for daily Ultra-High-Speed (UHS) burnishing. The metal-interlocked, acrylic-copolymer floor finish provides outstanding Ultra-High-Speed (UHS) burnish response and unsurpassed “wet look” gloss. It is ideally suited for a wide range of applications in the retail market and other areas where frequent daily Ultra-High-Speed (UHS) burnish maintenance is done.

Directions:

Finishing: Apply 3 or 4 liberal coats of finish using a clean mop. Allow a minimum of 30 minutes drying time between coats. Apply additional coat to obtain desired gloss.

Burnishing: Dust mop or sweep thoroughly. Clean floor with a neutral floor cleaner diluted according to directions. Burnish using the appropriate pads.

Hard Surface Sealer & Finish

For Use On:

Terazzo, Flagstone, Quarry Tile, Brick and Concrete

Description:

A high performance premium quality acrylic membrane coating for sealing and finishing non-resilient hard surfaces. This waterbased coating should be used where demand for excellent adhesion, chemical resistance, and wear is required. Fast drying, with no solvent fumes, this product is ideal for use in enclosed areas. This product should be used for interior applications only.

Directions:

Remove all grease, oil, and other foreign material by scrubbing with a heavy-duty cleaner and good scrub brushes. For better adhesion on permanent type coatings such as moisture-cured urethanes or epoxies, it is recommended that the surface be abraded with a 100-mesh screen disk. Smooth, dense concrete surfaces should be acid conditioned before application. When finished, rinse floor thoroughly with clear water and allow to dry.

Apply a liberal coat using a mop, squeegee, roller, lambs wool applicator or other appropriate applicator. If higher gloss is desired apply a second coat after allowing first coat to dry approximately 45 minutes. Surface temperature should be above 40F. Allow final coat to dry at least 8 hours before allowing heavy traffic onto floor.

High Productivity Stripper

For Use On:

Vinyl Tile Flooring (see spec sheet for more surfaces)

Description:

A new generation floor finish stripper that rapidly penetrates and solubilizes floor finish. Powerful solvents combined with penetrating amines dissolve the finish on contact, reducing the waiting periods for removal of the finish. This product completely evaporates from the surface. Can be used with or without a floor machine.

Directions:

Dilute in cold or mildly warm water.  Mop on to floor in smallish sections, mopping back over the solution to agitate the stripper.  Run over the solution with a propane stripping machine, autoscrubber, or continue to mop.

Remove solution and old finish with a vacuuming device and allow the floor to dry completely. If desired, a deep rinsing step can be added. Apply new finish per manufacturer recommendation.

Ultra 25

For Use On:

Vinyl Tile Flooring (see spec sheet for more surfaces)

Description:

Armadillo’s Ultra 25 is a high solids, high gloss floor finish that responds well to periodic buffing and has considerable resistance against wear.

Directions:

After stripping the floor, rinse very well.  Pour Ultra 25 into a lined bucket and apply with a rayon mop or dustmop.

Allow to dry.  Repeat two or three times as conditions dictate.
