Description:

An environmentally responsible, anti-soil, multi-purpose carpet cleaner concentrate for use as a pre-spray and extraction cleaner.  A special low-foaming, anti-soil cleaner is designed to maximize cleaning efficiency and certified by the Carpet and Rug Institute to clean without any damage to the carpet.

Directions:

For spot cleaning, dilute 1:10.

For pre-spray, dilute 1:16.

For extraction, 1:40.

Description:

Mild liquid handsoap made with pure Aloe Vera extract.  A unique blend of emollients, moisturizers and skin protectants leaves skin soft and silky smooth.

Directions:

Pump a small dollop into the palm of your hand.  Work to a nice lather.  Rinse well and enjoy the rest of your day.

Description:

Formulated using MicroEmulsion 3G technology, elements’ Super Duty Degreaser is a non-toxic, non-VOC, biodegradable, microemulsion cleaner/degreaser that is specifically designed to address the environmental, safety and health concerns of today’s housekeeping professional.

Directions:

For general purpose cleaning, dilute 1:16.

For food processing areas, dilute 1:12.

For heavy duty degreasing, dilute 1:8.

For Use On:

Floors, counters, sinks and any other water-safe, non-porous surface

Description:

A multi-purpose, neutral pH germicidal detergent and disinfectant effective in hard water up to 400ppm.  Recommended for use in hospitals, schools, nursing homes, commercial/industrial institutions, office buildings, veterinary clinics, labs, zoos, pet shops, airports, kennels, grooming establishments, and households.

Directions:

Dilute two ounces of the Neutral Disinfectant Cleaner with one gallon of water.  Use in an autoscrubber or a bucket with a mop or sponge.

Vinyl Tile Flooring

Description:

This product is an ideal companion for any environmentally friendly floor care program. Meets today’s need for a product that contains no zinc or other heavy metals that can be harmful to wastewater treatment systems. Regular use of this product keeps floors looking great day after day. A special proprietary mix of acrylic polymers and surfactants will bond to the surface of the floor to create an anti-slip surface, while reducing the negative impact conventional floor care products have on our environment. Concentrated for economical use dilutions.  The use of this product in an automatic scrubber is highly recommended, and is the most productive way to maintain your floors.

Directions:

Ideally, use in an autoscrubber according to label’s directions.  Alternatively, apply with a mop and bucket and scrub with a swing machine.

Vinyl Tile Flooring

Description:

A very low odor, non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-butyl floor seal and finish remover. Specially designed to remove our new Zinc-Free Floor Finishes as well as conventional floor finishes. This fast-acting floor finish remover dissolves multiple coats of finish without harsh alkalis, butyl Cellosolve, or strong ammonia odors. No neutralizing needed. Controlled foam and free-rinsing characteristics assure that no residue is left behind to interfere with subsequent finish applications.

Directions:

Dilute with the ratio of one part Low Odor Floor Stripper to four parts cold water.  Apply to the floor with a mop and bucket or stripping machine.  Rinse well.

Vinyl Tile Flooring

Description:

An environmentally preferable Zinc-free floor seal and finish formulated with the most advanced polymer technology.  Meets today’s need for a product that contains no zinc or other heavy metals that can be harmful to wastewater treatment systems.  This low odor finish has exceptional durability and flexibility and can be maintained with scrub and recoat procedures, spray buffing or high speed burnishing.

Directions:

After stripping the floor of all previous floor finish, rinse completely.  Pour the floor finish into a lined bucket and apply to the floor with a rayon mop or dustmop.  Allow proper dry-time and repeat as circumstances dictate.
